Exchanges:

If you have purchased a product at full price, you may exchange it within 3 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, unused & unopened condition. Refunds/returns will be processed in 5–7 days. For online orders, simply drop us an email at theorchidhomes@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp us at +923499791302 to initiate your exchange. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and ensure a seamless exchange experience.
For a seamless exchange experience, please send the receipt and all original packaging material, including the courier company label. 

Refunds:
