  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of any delay due to high volume orders or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (within Pakistan): 3-5 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We’re currently delivering all over Pakistan. Unfortunately, there’s no availability for international shipping at the moment.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. The Orchid Homes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. For damaged products, please include a photo of the product and packaging in your claim.
